If you could only save one thing in a house fire (thing, not person), what would it be and why?

The practical part of me says: "Laptop, of course." It's got tons of pictures on it. All my financial information. Writing, all the stuff for my business. So much that I'd hate to be without.
But the very small sentimental side of me says "What about Pudgy?" He's my teddy bear that my mother mailed in cereal box tops to get and he arrived in the mail the same day I was born so it the only thing that I've had my whole life that I really feel particularly drawn to.
